45 itineraries (with 283 photos and 47 maps) among the many I have done in Eastern Liguria which varies from easily walking paths to more demanding hiking and trekkings. The book is fully illustrated with photos and enriched with reference maps and it is thought either for the tourist and the excursion traveller and trekker who wants to discover a landscape of beauty.
